I was just watching the local news when they did a story about a Lego float
in a parade. In the float was various Freestyle elements, and Legoland
looking stuff...but then I saw some kind of model on the float that was
done in Olive Green?!
Is this an actual color? Or is my TV on the fritz?

I think it may be the color in the new 8509 Swamp set:

(which I think also appeared in SCALA)...

~eww!!~
that looks like "baby puked pea-green" to me! (it's probably called
"alvocado" in sherwin williams.)  i've only seen pics of that color in scala
sets. the tyco olive green that i refered to in my other post is much darker.
later ~ craig~

Hence the name I gave it: "Puke Green".  ;)

P.S.  I have some pieces in this color, and while it isn't horrible, I wouldn't
want to have a car or building in this color.  :)
