  Re: 2000 castle sucks

(...) After building the castle last night, I have to say I kind of like it. It definitely needs work, but it is a good starting point. The new door arch is juniorized, but I suspect we will all manage to make good use of it. It doesn't look bad, it (...) (25 years ago, 16-Dec-99, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: 2000 sets yet??

(...) I enquired at the small, privately owned toy shop in my village when I was out at this morning. I never buy my lego there as they always mark it up (e.g. 8001 for £25) The lady owner said that they she did have some new star wars lego on order (...) (25 years ago, 16-Dec-99, to lugnet.loc.uk)

  Re: Mid-evil/Castle themed Market.

(...) Thanks, In one way this has been an interesting challenge for me because the only Castle set I currently own is 6097 Knight Lord's Castle. I have been forced to use what I have from the rest of my collection that includes a lot of Star Wars, (...) (25 years ago, 16-Dec-99, to lugnet.castle)

Re: 6854 Alien Fossilizer and 6232 Skeleton Crew availble at Amazon.com

(...) True enough. At the moment, there are many coupon codes floating around for $10 off, such as PRESENTS-4-ALL, that help offset it to a more reasonable level. I've also received several coupons in the last few months for $10 off Amazon toys, so (...) (25 years ago, 16-Dec-99, to lugnet.pirates, lugnet.space, lugnet.market.shopping)

  Large sized Models

Is there anyone out there who has built models of larger sizes, I am thinking a model 5 foot tall or so. There may be an opportunity for someone with the ability to do such a model. I would like to hear from some folks who may be interested. (25 years ago, 16-Dec-99, to lugnet.build)

Re: 6854 Alien Fossilizer and 6232 Skeleton Crew availble at Amazon.com

(...)
