  Re: Minifig-scale mech pages posted!

(...) Sorry, those URL's should be: (3 URLs) I must have got too excited. -Michael (25 years ago, 15-Dec-99, to lugnet.build)

Re: Seen the new SW sets around central fl?

I did some more checking around Gainesville today, nothing at WM, Target or TRU. Although the TRU online item status implied that 6091 *might* be in the Orlando warehouse now. The manager told me that the 'pending' status changes when the truck (...) (25 years ago, 15-Dec-99, to lugnet.loc.us.fl)

  lugnet.loc.eu ?

(...) I think this is an ideal opportunity to create a lugnet.loc.eu to help organise these events and also European-wide set releases, special offers since many companies now ship overseas in the EETA (1). EU officially standing for European Union (...) (25 years ago, 13-Dec-99, to lugnet.loc.uk, lugnet.loc.it, lugnet.admin.general)

Re: Space Index Update (was Re: Public Thank You....)

(...) Thanks a lot. You are right. That is a typo. I need to make a main "space" page that has links to these four pages on them. I'll let you know when I have this done and then we can update the link on the space index. BTW, your page looks really (...) (25 years ago, 15-Dec-99, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf)

  RE: Useful sets

I bought one of the big green ugly things. It does have the throwbot parts! It also has two sets of rack steering, a black turntable and a couple of the larger bevel gears. Plus a good amount of other useful technic stuff. And if anyone still thinks (...) (25 years ago, 15-Dec-99, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: red castle wall corners?

(...) This seller must have gotten a load from an abusive kid. There are several other abused lots. (25 years ago, 15-Dec-99, to lugnet.general)

  Re: red castle wall corners?

(...) Good eye, Richard! In addition, you'd really only be bidding on those two corner pieces and the tapered roof; the rest of the pieces are commonish, or at any rate not particularly interesting. Dave! (25 years ago, 15-Dec-99, to lugnet.general)

  Re: Supply and demand

(...) There were also the Celebration Truck and Legoland CA Truck sets. Same model, different colors (and stickers). True S@H exclusives -- I don't think Canada even got these. Steve (25 years ago, 15-Dec-99, to lugnet.market.theory)

  Re: Supply and demand

(...) That's a *great* idea! And make a set of the basic oval-track and transformer as well, so peole can buy that if they need it. (...) LOL! Steve (25 years ago, 15-Dec-99, to lugnet.market.theory)

  Re: red castle wall corners?

(...) See: (URL) beware, the ones on eBay looked stressed damaged to me -- notice the discolored almost white lines near the tops of the red corner pieces? -- Richard (25 years ago, 15-Dec-99, to lugnet.general)

Re: States Go After Online Auctions; $1000 fines

(...) The difference is that eBay (unlike a caller) isn't doing any flogging/promotion for the item. That's my main point. eBay provides an interface, but that's it. My other point (only implied, mostly) is that eBay will (IMHO) promote the idea (...) (25 years ago, 15-Dec-99, to lugnet.market.auction)

Re: States Go After Online Auctions; $1000 fines

(...) Hmm. I hadn't been arguing this in a legal sense, actually. Legally I haven't a clue who's doing what. :) My main reason for thinking the auctioneer is the seller is that all eBay provides is an interface between buyers and sellers. Any (...) (...) Sei grande :))))) Cosa ti ha detto la cassiera dell'esselunga? Ti ha chiesto se avevi 4 gemelli o poca fantasia?   Re: Meijers in Grand Rapids

(...) The Knapp's Corner Meijer feels kinda, well, antiseptic. Give it a few years. They also didn't have any SW2000 sets, nor many 2000 sets of any kind. Maybe they got cleaned out by those wealthy Forest Rockhillford-ites. The Cascade Meijer had a (...) (25 years ago, 15-Dec-99, to lugnet.market.shopping)
