Re: States Go After Online Auctions; $1000 fines

(...) Sorry to jump in... just putting in $.02-- I'm of the mind to think that legally, it could be arguable that ebay is doing the actual auctioning... I think the best argument is the one previously presented: how is it different from hiring a (...) (25 years ago, 15-Dec-99, to lugnet.market.auction)

  RE: Useful sets

(...) Other than the turntable and a rack-and-pinion steering mechanism, you don't get much. There are a few pneumatics parts, but no air tank. The gripper arm uses penumatics, and that's very difficult to adapt to the RCX. Tilman (25 years ago, 15-Dec-99, to lugnet.robotics)

  servo motor design

I know that designing your own servo motor is kinda stupid becoz they are abundant out there. but i'm in a competition which requires us to design our own gearbox, so i don't see a way out of it. how do i start? how do i design that feedback loop (...)   Piece authoring question...

When designing a part with a graphic on it, like a minifig torso, for instance, is it possible to "overlap" image shapes of different colors, or must there only be one "level" of image on a surface?   Re: SRS: Re: Servo Motor program: speed is fixed (unless close to stop value)

Bryan ... of course the servo's pot is removed, but it's replaced with either two fixed resistors or a pot which is not driven by the servo. This allows you to adjust multiple servos to have exactly the same null pulse width. I think (but don't know (...) (25 years ago, 15-Dec-99, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: No 2000 stuff yet

I grew up in Crocker Highlands, on Sunnyhills Rd. One of the last nice neighborhoods in O-town. Were you live is just not safe.

(25 years ago, 15-Dec-99, to lugnet.loc.nl)
