Re: Update on Technic Box #1 (Canadian Tour)

[cross-posting to lugnet.loc.ca] (...) Phil has a good question - what's up folks? (...) Hmm. I think you're over-reacting a bit. One of the Canadian tour boxes was delayed significantly because of poor timing (it arrived at a person's house in the (...) (25 years ago, 3-Dec-99, to lugnet.market.jambalaya, lugnet.loc.ca)

  Re: Castle structure advice...

(...) I've been building my modular castles this way since I was a kid. But instead of simply having the removable room nestled between supports or held down by anchors, I make the walls of the room uneven on the bottom, with the ceiling of the room (...)   Howdy

Look at me, I figure maybe I should check on the lugnet.loc.us.ny.syr only on the night before I have to fly out. I have got to plan this better in the future. Will (25 years ago, 3-Dec-99, to lugnet.loc.us.ny.syr)

  Re: Waiting for Y2K sets

(...) Yes, I have been lurking around the various stores to see if there are any sets. None at TRU, nor at Meijer either, I checked at Meijer in the back storage room and I did not see any, unless they were buried (Too many boxes, can't get around!) (...)   Re: Canadian Tire

(...) Looks that way. :/ No other deals at the Can Tires either. Only about 3 or 4 sets at each, and they are all obvious returns (in varying condition) at MSRP. Nothing rare or unusual, at mine, either. Oh well. Another location to put on my list (...) (25 years ago, 3-Dec-99, to lugnet.loc.ca, lugnet.market.shopping)

  Re: Blacktron

(...) I was going answer this with a 'dream on'. Then, I thought maybe I should say this should really be posted to lugnet.dear-lego. Then, I thought maybe if say roughly 4.310682739 billion people were considered 'enough', it could possibly work. (...) (25 years ago, 3-Dec-99, to lugnet.space)

Re: better scans of the 2000 arctic polar bears?

(...) Domesticating Polar Bears!? Polar Bears are the only mammal on earth that will attack a human unprovoked. In truth every one of those Arctic minifigs should have a revolver or rifle. The first thing an Alaskin and I would assume Canadian (...) (25 years ago, 3-Dec-99, to lugnet.general)

Hi, can somebody help me with my problem, please? 1. the 'servo_a7.icb' and 'servo_a7.asm' files have been downloaded from the Handyboard page and they are free of Ctrl M's or Ctrl J's. however, when i try loading the 'servo_a7.icb' file, i get (...)   Re: Help!

I am surprised no one has mentioned the fibblesnork minifig guide. This is an excellent way to determine what figs go with a set. John DiR has turned it inside out so you can root through figs and determine what sets they go with. I have to go to (...) (25 years ago, 3-Dec-99, to lugnet.castle)

Re: Update on Technic Box #1 (Canadian Tour)

What's the deal?? These boxes started in July and we are now in December. There has been no update for many of them for weeks...   Re: Blacktron

(...) <sarcasm> Haven't heard this one before. </sarcasm> Talked to TLG many many times, and because the way marketing works, they're not going to do it. The only possibility is a slim chance of a re-release in limited quantities of original (not (...) (25 years ago, 3-Dec-99, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Castle structure advice...

(...) This sounds similar to the Night Lord's Castle Tower setup. It is resting between two support bricks that run the length of the tower's base, a table at the front, a fortified wall behind offering support, on top of a pair of tiles that are 1 (...) (25 years ago, 3-Dec-99, to lugnet.castle)

  Waiting for Y2K sets

I made an inquiry to a local TRU this evening about the 6091 (King Leo's Castle). The man on the phone did some typing on the keyboard and told me that it was expected at the distribution point (Orlando FL for this store) sometime between 12/6 and (...)
