Digikey has a two wire bi-color LED. The part number is L10008-ND, the manufacturer is Chicago Miniature Lamp, it is on page 601 of the current catalog and the page is available in PDF at www.digikey.com. I just used some of these in a box I (...) (26 years ago, 15-Nov-99, to lugnet.robotics)
