  Re: McDonalds Info

Looking at the display this morning that had actual models, yes and no. They are not the purple you'd expect, nor are they the normal blue, they are a darker purplish blue. I'll have to wait and see if the ones I buy are actually that color. I (...) (25 years ago, 30-Oct-99, to lugnet.general)

Re: "Buying Lego" FAQ to link auctions to

(...) Took a look John, you've done a nice job! However, the list of auctions is a long way down the page - many people never do go right down a page and so would never see what you've got there.   Re: What's the right group to ask tool usage questions?

OK, here's the question then. it relates to MPDs and MLCad. first, should I be able to read and manipulate an existing MPD in MLCad? For instance this one: (URL) the body of that posting as a .MPD file gives me a bunch of "part not found" and then a (...) (25 years ago, 30-Oct-99, to lugnet.cad)

Re: Here is an insane price in an auction

(...) Mind you, that 2150 for 202.50 includes shipping from Europe, so you can knock $20 or so off the price for that. Kevin (25 years ago, 30-Oct-99, to lugnet.market.auction)

Re: More scale questions (Was: Scale of Lego)

(...) It is the track gauge in mm. (4mm scale, 18.83mm track gauge). Fine scale modeling (and gauge is better to use here than scale, as P4 and S4 are different!).   Re: Fair Lego Seller's site?

Re: Here is an insane price in an auction

(...) Definitely. There's a real difference between some of the high prices on eBay that are caused primarily by sellers taking advantage of buyers' ignorance and those that result from two or more possibly ignorant or just possibly overzealous (...)
