  Re: Greatest Adventurer Movies

(...) The Richard Chamberlain/Sharon Stone movies? Dreadful movies. Awful. Terrible. And I like Richard Chamberlain. Allan Quartermain and the Lost City of Gold. King Solomon's Mines. Golan and Globus productions: enough said to the wise. Bruce A (...) (27 years ago, 26-Oct-99, to lugnet.adventurers)

  Re: New Castle site

(...) You are right ... I will take some pictures of my "unique" figures and do a little table/writeup about them. (...) I have two thoughts/speculations: - Enfield only makes the highest volume parts. Below some production level, it is more cost effective to make the parts at a different factory and ship them to the other factories rather than each factory (...) (27 years ago, 26-Oct-99, to lugnet.general)

(...) if the number of mini-cylinders could be reduced by 10 by only using 1 on each leg (use 1/2 beams for bracing outside the cylinder) and maybe using single cylinders and links for moving the legs? The basic design has a wonderful symmetry that (...) (27 years ago, 26-Oct-99, to lugnet.robotics)
