Question:Where do I find a cutaway of a Pnumatic Valve

I know someone has a web page with some pictures of a LEGO pnumatic valve cut open/opened up. Could someone point me to the URL for it? James Powell (25 years ago, 18-Oct-99, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: "cat whisker" trip switch

(...) ower Steve, Steve, I poked around on the Web a little regarding model railroad sensors. Infrared sensors are generally placed between the rails facing up. They emit a constant infrared beam which is reflected back to the sensor when a train (...) (25 years ago, 18-Oct-99, to lugnet.trains)

RE: AI and even more exiciting stuff

32K is a ton of memory for embedded 8 bit code... if you need data storage and processing then that's an entirely different thing -- it could easily make AI difficult. As far as fixed point vs. floating point, I once worked on a project where they (...) (25 years ago, 18-Oct-99, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: Feedback solicitation

(...) I don't believe that is the case... I left you positive feedback w/o reference to a particular transaction way back when, and I just left some positive feedback w/o reference (for Ali V.) to reconfirm that things haven't changed. (25 years ago, 18-Oct-99, to lugnet.market.theory)

  Re: Feedback solicitation

(...) I don't think it's wrong at all. Everyone I've done business with on eBay (all 2 or 3 of them) have requested that I leave good feedback for them, offering to do the same. I don't think you can actually leave positive feedback for someone (...) (25 years ago, 18-Oct-99, to lugnet.market.theory)

  Feedback solicitation

Here's a theory question for you. Is it wrong to solicit eBay feedback? Is it uncouth? I want, for purely selfish reasons, as well as for reasons to do with the whole Quixote thing, to see my feedback a bit higher than it currently is. I've done a (...)   Re: What´s new at www.lego.com ?

I won't respond point by point but I will say this, a good designer has to have both creative and cognitive skills. Many bad designers have only creative skills, the way I (and CTP) define them. Understanding things like color theory, psychology, (...) (25 years ago, 18-Oct-99, to lugnet.general)

  Castle Wants

I am interested in acquiring two small medieval items. One is the royal king set (#6008) (if you have the king with his chrome sword and shield, but no horse, that is OK too).
