What sort of tires/wheels (and hubcaps?) is used in the Chevy on the cover of the book? What is used for the headlights? BTW, how good would the witch's crystal ball look as a round headlight? -gbr (25 years ago, 15-Oct-99, to lugnet.build, lugnet.general, lugnet.books)

  Re: Help me, too.

(...) I am not real sure where the Amerisuites in Medford is but I will check a map if I get time. There are a few "T" stops (Red Line) in Medford so there is probably a good chance that you can use the "T". (...) I believe Tufts is in Medford so (...)   General Box #5 update

This box reached me today, the end of the Canada Tour. I have taken what I want from it and put some nice stuff in, all new (incl a 1994 catalog), and as soon as I have found the address for the next person I will send it Onwards to the US.   Re: Yellow Castle: Reasonable price?

Define reasonable. I'd say, and I ain't no castle head, that any time you see this in complete, fairly good condition, for less than 200, it's a steal. excellent condition with box may be over 400. (25 years ago, 15-Oct-99, to lugnet.castle)

Re: Help me plan for Mindfest.

There may or may not be a free shuttle but my advice is learn the T. Even if you're only in town for a weekend, it's a much better way to go. Plus the trains are much tighter headings than the 1/2 hour heading a shuttle is likely to be on. A cab (...)   Lego Rotation Sensor

Will do that thanks. Also was thinking of creating a web page with the program for download and a small tutorial on how to use the program so that everyone could generate their own torsos. (...) (25 years ago, 15-Oct-99, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

  RE: stuff

I've always assumed the material is polystyrene, probably a modified resin for impact resistance.
