Tatooine Skiff--could this be done with 80-90 pieces at $9.99?

I have been ldrawing a skiff on my lunch hour for several weeks now.
It is currently somewhere around 75 pieces.  It has a retractable
plank and I am currently working on the "cranes" underneath it.
I'm sure LEGO could do the offical one with 80-90 pieces including
a few minifigs which I haven't included in the count for my model.
I hope I can have it done before the catalog appears.
