| | Dumpster [DAT]
A commercial dumpster. I was going to put it behind the grocery store, and one, perhaps, behind my soon-to-be-completed restaraunt, but I didn't want to until I got the truck right. Well, I'm fed up with the truck. I've got the chassis and the body, (...) (25 years ago, 28-Sep-99, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

| | Ultrasonic Motion Detector
I found an ultrasonic radar device that can sense objects up to 10 meters away. It runs off 12VDC, but if it was used as a motion detector, then that wouldn't be a problem. I shouldn't be that hard to design an interface to the RCX though. It is (...) (25 years ago, 28-Sep-99, to lugnet.robotics)

Looks like the 8250 Rescue Sub is being replaced by an "upgraded" version (#8299) which includes a CD-ROM (on e-toys at (URL) ) for $50--thus explaining the reduced price via Shop-at-Home. E-toys talks about the motor (#8720), but I don't think (...) (25 years ago, 28-Sep-99, to lugnet.robotics)
