I just got my hands on an electric wheelchair for $20... any ideas? Has anyone interfaced a wheelchair to a handyboard before? I've noticed alot of my old (relatively old...late 70's early 80's) 1x1 bricks are splitting. Maybe the bricks have been redesigned to fix this problem. The other thing I have noticed is that the bricks are constantly being redesigned. Hollow tubes (...) (25 years ago, 16-Sep-99, to lugnet.general)

Is there any way to just get a hold of a couple of universal joints. I have looked at Pitsco, but no luck. Lego only carries them with the gears and differentials but I am not willing to buy all those pieces I have plenty of. Any advice/info would (...) (25 years ago, 15-Sep-99, to lugnet.general)

That's all that really happens when I add new calls anyway. Anything that even remotely looks like a function call is either an inline function of a macro, and not part of the language itself.
