  minifig ax

I redownloaded all of the Ldraw files from Ldraw.org last week and installed them, but I can't find the minifig ax(hatchet), and I know that I had it before. Has this part been made or not. If so why don't I have it now?? Thanks Ryan (25 years ago, 13-Sep-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  RCX-Track Question

I remember a post that showed a track design that used a worm gear to translate power. I have tried to recreate this, but most of my designs end up bulky. The design that I remember was very low profile. My searches came up nil. Any Ideas? (25 years ago, 13-Sep-99, to lugnet.robotics)

Hi Don, Thanks for pointing that out. (...) Nope, I'm still trying to decide between "The Black Book of RCX Voodoo" (suggested by Jason Spangler) and "These_Are_ the 'Droids You're Looking For" (suggested by Suzanne Rich). Seriously, I have no idea. (...) (25 years ago, 13-Sep-99, to lugnet.robotics)

Great Chapter! Noticed a typo though: "Spruce Up That Résumé Writing programs for the RCX is an example of cross-compiling for an embedded system, a phrase that is bound to sound good on your résumé. Cross-compiling means that you are writing (...) (25 years ago, 13-Sep-99, to lugnet.robotics)

(...) Workable? Who knows - I'm not a mathematician or an economist. Desirable? Heck no. We live in the real world.   Re: 6375 Exxon Gas Staion sticker sheet scans?

Jason, You are in luck! I have just mailed scans of that sticker sheet to Horst Lehner, who has started a page like you describe: (URL) I don't know when he will have that sheet (and some others) on line, but it should be fairly soon. (...) Stickers have always been ok on my site. Only a few sets include sticker scans however. The naming convention is xxxx-s1, xxxx-s2 etc. (btw box scans are ok too, with xxxx-b1, xxxx-b2 being the naming scheme. KL (25 years ago, 13-Sep-99, to lugnet.general)

6375 Exxon Gas Staion sticker sheet scans?

Does anyone have a scan of the 6375 Gas Station ((URL) sticker sheets? It's the Exxon gas station. I'd like to rebuild my set, but my stickers are missing. :-( Hmm, has anyone thought about starting a sticker sheet scan site? (25 years ago, 13-Sep-99, to lugnet.general)

Yes, those are the 1x6x5 large windows. These are pretty scarce, since they are available in so few sets. They can also be found in an old Dacta Hospital set (there they are black), and in the old Schoolroom Homemaker set (there they are yellow). A (...) (25 years ago, 13-Sep-99, to lugnet.build)
