  Re: POV render times etc.

Yes, I agree too, but my dad doesn't want my stuff on the newer family computer(I do have Lego cad stuff on though so I don't have to copy to disk and transfer to my computer stuff I get from LUGNET). That should change this weekend though as we are (...) (27 years ago, 9-Sep-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  Datsville--Fire Dept. motor boat  [DAT]

Ok, here is a boat for the fire dept. since we now have water to use it in. For now I'd like to keep the trucks and station dats un- publicized.   Re: CFD: Scaling Buildings in Datville

(...) Yeah, what Jacob said. If, in the future, Datville will be accessable via VRML, the discrepancy would be noticable right away as the viewer zooms down the screet. I think it would be distracting. Better to keep what we can at scale from the (...) (27 years ago, 9-Sep-99, to lugnet.cad)

  CFD: Scaling Buildings in Datville

What does everyone think about using scaling to bring some models (esp. large buildings) into scale with the rest of Datville? As I see it, the benefit is that we can make use of, and show off, those buildings (such as Anders' rendition of his own (...) (27 years ago, 9-Sep-99, to lugnet.cad)
