  Re: Pneumatics

(...) To be honest, I only thought of that about ten minutes ago when I was taking a shower.. but I still feel I should make some kind of app that fixes the references. -Santeri (15 years ago, 31-Dec-09, to lugnet.cad)

  Re: Pneumatics

(...) Maybe there is an easier way. Would it be possible to have display those files using some option that forces the use of older/unofficial parts? After doing that and with the model now complete the old parts should be included using MPDWizard - (...) (15 years ago, 31-Dec-09, to lugnet.cad)

  Re: 12/29/09 Portland Snowstorm

(...) Thanks for sharing this. A number of Technic contraptions have shown up during the past few weeks that somehow involved travelling over snow. Did you take any pictures of the things your group built? Jetro (15 years ago, 31-Dec-09, to lugnet.robotics)

  12/29/09 Portland Snowstorm

9 kids (10-11yo) were in class with me when someone from Oregon State University Extension came by to announce that it was snowing outside. Our first snow of the winter and 2 inches was on the ground in very little time. The surprise storm caused (...) (15 years ago, 31-Dec-09, to lugnet.robotics)

Re: Convert LDR file that has many LDR files within it to a single LDR file

(...) Yes, that would be helpful. I had the need recently and solved it with MLCad (File -> export [ldraw normal] -> range=last step in main model). But it is error prone and not very convenient. Philo (15 years ago, 31-Dec-09, to lugnet.cad)

Re: Convert LDR file that has many LDR files within it to a single LDR file

(...) I have an old plugin I wrote to inline a model down to parts only (i.e. no submodels). It's not compatible now but I can dust it off and release again if you'd like. (15 years ago, 31-Dec-09, to lugnet.cad)

Re: Convert LDR file that has many LDR files within it to a single LDR file

(...) LDDP does one level inlining per "call". So if you are careful you can get all inlined correctly with LDDP. (15 years ago, 31-Dec-09, to lugnet.cad)

  Pneumatics

Hi all. The library update 2009-03 includes Technic pneumatic parts - the tiny pump, the old pump, the distribution block, T-pieces and both valves. However, they have different origins than the ones they had for the years they were on the Parts (...) (15 years ago, 31-Dec-09, to lugnet.cad)

Re: Convert LDR file that has many LDR files within it to a single LDR file

(...) Yes, that is correct. But both inline functions does not stop at parts used for LDD. You will get at last only linetype 2,3,4,5! If rename a mpd to ldr will also be not the same I think. cu mikeheide (15 years ago, 31-Dec-09, to lugnet.cad)

Re: Convert LDR file that has many LDR files within it to a single LDR file

(...) I don't know the solution, but maybe it will be helpful to ask for clarification: what is the difference between an MPD file and an "LDR file that has several LDR files inside of it"? My guess is you are looking for an "inliner" to move parts (...) (15 years ago, 31-Dec-09, to lugnet.cad)
