  Re: M-Peedy problem

(...) Jacob got the buildmpd part just right, I think. (I've *just* wiped out my machine, and am in the process of reinstalling everything. I don't have anything LDraw-related running right now). Oops, except for one minor detail: Set the Working (...) (27 years ago, 7-Sep-99, to lugnet.cad)

Re: 8448 is worth more than my car :(

(...) Don't sweat it -- it took me until I was 19 1/2. And the guy who tested me was the same one who tested my grandma thirty years ago. I had to nudge him to keep him awake...nah. I sideswiped a semi to keep him awake... :-, Cheers, - jsproat (27 years ago, 7-Sep-99, to lugnet.general)

  Re: Datsville

(...) Plus, it would open the door to advanced features for Datsville, to allow users more interactive viewing. Right now, with only a few buildings, the single view is great (BTW, you did a nice layout, John!). But if Datsville really grows, it (...) Actually, LdrawList will handle subfiles so you don't have to inline the model. LdrawList was able to be downloaded from the James Jessiman's Memorial site, but the link to Huw Millington's (the creator of LdrawList) site appears to be broken. (...) (27 years ago, 7-Sep-99, to lugnet.cad)

(...) Yes they are! If it were not for DYA, I would have paid $300 for an 8880, because I want the set. Is that a fair price? of course it is, because in an auction the value of the object is defined by the closing price. (...) What if a buyer has (...)   Re: Honest Capitalism (Was Re: DYA -> eBay 8880 money-making scheme)

(...) I am really amazed by your post. Ideal world? Don't you mean "heaven" because *nothing* like that will *ever* exist here on earth! Please think through what you are saying. Nobody sells things on Ebay "marked up". It is an *auction*. Whoever (...) (27 years ago, 7-Sep-99, to lugnet.general, lugnet.market.theory)
