Re: IR Interface for RCX and Sony Commander RM-AV2000

Check out Kekoa Proudfoot's site (URL) for details on the Mindstorm internals or my own site (the page 'cracking the Cybermaster) for details on the Cybermaster internals. On this page you'll also find a few links. CU Bert Lego robots and artificial (...) (25 years ago, 29-Aug-99, to lugnet.robotics)

Does anybody know how much the pirate babe is worth?

I just dug up a pirate damsel and I'm wondering if she compares to the forest wench. The pirate is probably only as valuable as any other pirate but you can never tell with LEGO woman. So if you know her value please E-Mail me. Thanks! (25 years ago, 29-Aug-99, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

  Re: Southern LEGOfest - attendees

  Road baseplates

Has anyone ever counted how many styles of road baseplate are in existence? When I first came out of the dark ages I thought there were two: The new green ones and the old grey ones. I quickly gathered this was incorrect in that there were at least (...) (25 years ago, 29-Aug-99, to lugnet.general)

Re: OMGosh! Maybe I should auction mine...

Sorry if I offended anyone with this post, but I did not realize 4128 was hard to find. I bought one recently for $16 (on sale) and there were a few more of them. I thought I would buy more if the price went down more before they were sold out - (...) (25 years ago, 29-Aug-99, to lugnet.market.auction)

  #1682 Space Shuttle mod

I recommend this modification to all those who have this set. 1. Replace the trans-light blue windshield (ugh!) on the Space Shuttle with the "smoke"-colored one from the rear of the Star Wars Snowspeeder. 2. Enjoy! It's a very simple switch, but (...) (25 years ago, 29-Aug-99, to lugnet.build)

  Re: Train doors and windows

(...) The above statement appears to be the whole problem with your proposal. I predict you will get 100 different people who want a total of 95 different parts, leaving your deal to die due to lack of interest. I think the train deal will work (...)   Part 4023 Train Coupling

  Laptop IR

I was wondering if I could use my laptops IR port to communicate with the RCX.
