  Re: Five more vehicles

(...) (snip) (...) Thank you guys! Tom, I had to search on Google for that Ford Interceptor to know what car you were talking about - so, no, it's not deliberate. :-) But I can see where you saw some resemblance in the look. Pierre (17 years ago, 17-Jun-07, to lugnet.town, FTX)

Shutdown/Off while program running crashes BrickOS

I have a big and somewhat complicated BrickOS program that I believe is reasonably well behaved. All my loops monitor shutdown_requested and I have tested stopping the program with the Run button while the program is in various states and it always (...)   Sdoganamento

(...) (17 years ago, 16-Jun-07, to lugnet.org.it.itlug)

Interesting Use of #30031 in Micro Walkways

I haven't posted in quite a while, but I thought this was worth sharing. I was making a 1-wide walkway for a microscale creation, and I needed a nice way to terminate it, with an "observation platform" look. I ended up using part (URL) 30031> to (...)   BeLUG Castle Standard

Hi all, I've recently come to build some castle MOCs. Together with a few other members of the Belgian LUG we wanted to create a standard in such a way that anyone can participate in a castle layout.   Re: 7994 City Harbor Question

(...) I bought a copy of 7994, mainly for the boat hull and crane parts. I can confirm that the 1x2 plate w/ rail pieces are just plain ol' black. In fact, I don't think there are any really exotic colors in 7994... just your usual hues of the (...) (17 years ago, 16-Jun-07, to lugnet.inv)

  Re: R22 - swinging bots

(...) This is fascinating. I have just completed a swinging robot as a demonstration of a new sensor type. It turned out to be a lot harder to actually make it swing than I had imagined.
