  Re: MGB Roadster

(...) I coveted them as a kid (although the Spitfire was my fav) and your nose render is a dead-ringer for the B. I have to say, however, that it should be rendered in British racing (dark) green;-d Well done, Tim. JOHN (19 years ago, 9-Jan-07, to lugnet.town, FTX)

Re: The difference between hobbyists and collectors...

(...) I guess the thing I'd point out is that collectors really do value their pieces and their sets as more than just the sum of their parts. Here's the thing: for example, if Galaxy Explorers were $20 a pop, they'd be gone. Anyone who was first on (...) (19 years ago, 8-Jan-07, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: My first train7 project

(...) Thanks-- I'm enjoying building this stuff. It really makes you thinking how things are put together--how a building looks if you cut it in half. (...) Given the cost of lights, yeah.   Blacktron from the Big Easy

This is what can happen when a cajun Blacktron operative acquires a space scooter (set 885), and he beefs it up.
