(...) I used someone else's library to read in the PLY files, so I'm not sure what it prefers. STL is a simpler format, so I wrote that parser myself...and haven't had any problems with it. (...) Hi all, With the new (URL) SNOT-method> I designed last year, I created some more interlocking puzzles (only using bricks, plates and tiles). Very cool. So it looks like this was used for a class project (based on the header of the paper). If so, I hope you got an A. The "motor unlimited" is designed to set the motor to run an unlimited distance. It's just a "turn motor on" type block. I think you want the "Motor Degrees" block, or something like that, don't you? (sorry, I don't have access to LV right now) (...) (19 years ago, 15-Dec-06, to lugnet.robotics)

Because you can control the outputs and read the inputs direct from a pc you could run an emulation of the rcx firmware running your program on the pc. The rcx would then (...) (...) I sure did!!! Outstanding... Three things I found: - LSculpt seem to prefer "Unix" style PLY (with only CR at the end of text file instead of CR/LF Windows style).
