  Re: A few train MOCs

(...) Here in North Carolina (USA), tank cars don't seem to come in very exciting colors - those belonging to Cargill are all black (Cargill ships grain products like vegetable oil and corn syrup in their tank cars). The other frequent operator, (...) (20 years ago, 26-Oct-06, to lugnet.trains)

  Legofest XXIV a Crema, 25 e 26 novembre 2006

Ciao a tutti. Manca un mese alla Legofest di Crema! Cosa facciamo quest'anno? Lo spazio a nostra disposizione e' all'incirca quello dell'anno scorso: la sala con i tavoloni e l'imbocco del corridoio sulla destra. Come l'anno scorso, proporrei di (...) Awesome work, you really have a fantastic attention to detail and to carefully placing every piece in your MOC. Making stuff look so effortless is anything but and you've done a great job here. Keep up the SNOT! (20 years ago, 26-Oct-06, to lugnet.castle, FTX)

Re: Nygammalt problem att fundera på...

(...) Tjenare! (20 years ago, 26-Oct-06, to lugnet.loc.se, FTX)

  Re: Lego Superhero Comic

Missed the old comics... great work! Though as well as new heroes you need to come up with a cheesy escape ploy for the old ones... Looking forward to more! God Bless, Nathan Visit my brickshelf gallery: (URL) (pic=link) (20 years ago, 26-Oct-06, to lugnet.town, FTX)

Re: I found an LDRAW importer for Google SketchUp

(...) I haven't tried it either, though I haven't seen anything else to compare it to. I did manage to find one user review on a download site that says it's good, but it works best on light-colored objects. (...) Aye, there's the rub. (...) Many (...) (20 years ago, 26-Oct-06, to lugnet.cad)

(...) I don't belive it works (well) until I've seen it :-) I've tested some other such programs through the years, and they just don't cut it. Haven't tried Pictomod3D though. (...) Note that it is an *im*porter, not *ex*porter. But it is probably (...) (20 years ago, 26-Oct-06, to lugnet.cad)

(...) Well done. Your castle has a really great look and feel to it, and your attention to detail is fantastic. I'm not really a fan of the curved walls, but it's nothing you've done.
