  Interesting Observation looking at Catalogue...

One thing struck me really bad while looking at the Fall 2006 catalogue, especially on the Knights Kingdom section. On the set, Battle at the Pass, clearly, IMO, the best set for theline-up, it says in the catalogue that the set has low quantities. (...) (20 years ago, 23-Sep-06, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: 2007 sets

(...) I noticed on Brickset the list of sets to be released in 2007... (a couple with the new pics in them) (URL) I am hoping that the cargo seaport, the big truck, and the tanker in the city line-up will be worth buying. Ben Medinets (20 years ago, 23-Sep-06, to lugnet.year.2007)

  Re: Aerotrain/hovertrain in Lego?

(...) I've toyed with that solution, but how do you propel a hovertrain in LEGO? If it has something that touches the track, that would make it not fully hoverable... -Rob www.brickmodder.net www.lifelites.com (20 years ago, 22-Sep-06, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

Re: Ben's World of ABS !?!

(...) Pretty sure there's been a message on his site for a while that he was going to shut it down because of his disappointment with bley. Looks like he finally has done it. Tim (20 years ago, 22-Sep-06, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: More armored vehicles

Hi Magnus, I love how you manage to get ample space for your figs in these models. It's a really nice touch in such detailed models. They're all great models without it and it just adds that extra touch. I might steal your idea of using the new 4x4 (...) (20 years ago, 22-Sep-06, to lugnet.build.military)

Re: Example of two-way NXT-to-PC communication

During development, it was discovered that the BlueTooth chip apparently has about a 60ms latency when changing directions. I wasn't working directly on this issue, but I don't believe any workaround was found except to avoid round trips for various (...) (20 years ago, 22-Sep-06, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: Aerotrain/hovertrain in Lego?

(...) Mark & Ross Benz of BAYLUG created a working mag-lev train using lego train magnets. It canbe done, it just might get expensive if you use an all-Lego solution.   Re: LEGO Star Wars II has gone platinum

(...) Especially the bits like Luke's new hand jumping around with a mind of its own during a cut scene. My son and I have been enjoying it quite a bit (gameplay and humor).   Re: LEGO Star Wars II has gone platinum

(...) Yes, and it's well-deserved... I got it the day it came out, and have spent an inordinate number of hours with a PS2 controller in hand.
