  Re: Voting page for 9906

I did this to the two parts I created, and I got lots (and I mean *lots*) of lines that looked like this: WARNING "6056.DAT" Line 28: Bad vertex sequence, 0132 used: 4 16 16 144 6 16 140 6 -16 144 6 -16 140 6 What does this mean?   RE: New web pages

In the description of the Riley Bot 2 you mentioned that it could only go straight on certain surfaces. I remember seeing on someone's web site a large wheel created out of many small wheels mounted perpendicularly around the diameter. With this (...) (27 years ago, 19-Aug-99, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: RCX/NQC motor stall detection??

(...) Sadly, it is not available to the NQC user. There is an opcode called "get battery power", but it sends the battery voltage to the PC rather than storing the voltage in a variable. -Kekoa (27 years ago, 19-Aug-99, to lugnet.robotics)

Re: !!!! MLCad V1.3 (Mikes Lego CAD) IS READY !!!!

Mike, First off: thank you very much for MLCad! It looks great, and seems very spunky (ie, quick on the redraw). A couple of things I found pretty quickly: 1. MLCad doesn't look in the current directory for subfiles. The current directory is a part (...) (27 years ago, 19-Aug-99, to lugnet.cad)

Re: L.A. Times article on Legoland 'masters'

No, but I consider being a model builder "playing with Lego bricks". I consider it using Lego for big construction projects for retailers. Small difference, but it is there. Scott Sanburn (...) (27 years ago, 19-Aug-99, to lugnet.general)

Re: On the subject of cameras

From: John Barnes <barnes@sensors.com> (...) There are some very tiny cameras available, some of which have been used in R/C planes. I'd suggest grabbing a copy of "Nuts & Volts" and perusing the ads. Last one I looked at had several outfits selling (...) (27 years ago, 19-Aug-99, to lugnet.robotics)

RE: A piano player (and a conductor)

I love it! Now if only you could make the conductor flip pages of music...   Re: 50x50 baseplate (was: Re: The LEGO history - Interesting book found at the library)

(...) I'm really wondering when and where I've seen this plate in the stores. I know I have seen it in the stores, and it seems to me that I saw it more recently than 1972, in fact, I'd almost be sure of it. I know this is one of the items I looked (...)
