Hi All: C2PO (contrary to popular opinion) I think that the RCX ver. 1.0 is just fine as currently implemented. It does an excellent job of meeting the needs of it's target market (such as my two sons at 10 & 11 y.o.) as well as providing a super (...) (25 years ago, 17-Aug-99, to lugnet.robotics)

From: John Barnes <barnes@sensors.com> (...) It has been done, but it predated the RCX. Check out the Handyboard. The advantage to the RCX is that it is a standard platform which is readily available. I can go out and buy a kit, then build a robot. (...) (25 years ago, 17-Aug-99, to lugnet.robotics)
