(...) I've noticed this as well, in growing frequency on packaging as well as the catalogs.   S@H raised shipping rates?

Has anyone noted that LEGO S@H has raised their shipping rates? I noticed first in last week's catalog and confirmed on the web: (URL) much for saving on big orders. (20 years ago, 7-Apr-06, to lugnet.market.shipping)

Re: Looking Gla Gla pics and Brickshelf Names.

(...) If you've still had no luck with this, you may try the internet archive cache of his folder: (URL) I was just looking through this the other day. It's not all there, but a lot of it loads. Hope that helps! PS: That's a great list of builders (...) (20 years ago, 7-Apr-06, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Brickshelf Find: Chubby GM

(URL) "Comic" has made a pleasingly plump version of everyone's favorite cannon-fodder mecha. Love those legs, and the head is wonderful. You could switch the chest out and it would be almost perfectly accurate. Soren (20 years ago, 7-Apr-06, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: What is your favorite MOC of all time?

Re: Bricksmith 1.3: Here's Looking at You, Kid

Travis, Those images are very impressive! The lines are big and bold, instead of disappearing into the surface they are supposed to be outlining. They are instruction-grade. I will say, however, that MegaPOV does a better job doing stud outlining on (...) (20 years ago, 7-Apr-06, to lugnet.cad.dev.mac, FTX)

  Re: Does my RCX work?

(...) Hi Marc, After you put batteries in, press the on/off button, it should beep twice and show a little man beside the number 1. If you don't get that, you have problems they may be fixable, but you probably want to seek help from someone (...) (20 years ago, 7-Apr-06, to lugnet.robotics.rcx, FTX)

  Re: Does my RCX work?

(...) First, put batteries in it and turn it on. It'll beep 'ok'. Then attach a technic 9v motor to port A with a wire and press Run. If the motor spins, the brick has basic sanity, and it's worth your time and money to get a IR tower to program it (...) (20 years ago, 7-Apr-06, to lugnet.robotics.rcx, FTX)

  Does my RCX work?

Hello all. I know almost nothing about LEGO robotics, but my mom picked up an RCX 1.0 brick at a yard sale. I just have the brick - no accessories, no software. Before I go buying stuff to go with it, is there any way to tell if this thing even (...) (20 years ago, 7-Apr-06, to lugnet.robotics.rcx, FTX)
