  RoboLab code generation

Does anyone know if RoboLab just generates and sends bytecodes to the RCX, or does it generate LASM and/or MindScript as an intermediate form? If the latter, how can you get to that intermediate form... will it save .LSC files, for example? Thanks! (20 years ago, 31-Mar-06, to lugnet.robotics)

Re: SCLTC Thomas the Tank Engine Weekend at LLCA Photos

(...) Ray, Thanks Ray, BTW some of the rolling stock isn't mine. Susan built the Thomas that was used, along with the black troublesome trucks. My Thomas kept derailing. 8( As far as I know, the current plan is to re-use and add to the TTTE display (...) (20 years ago, 31-Mar-06, to lugnet.trains.org.scltc, FTX)

Re: Anime inspired container train for Soren Roberts containers

For what it's worth I have built space containers with a rectangular cross section. (URL) I work in shipping, containers are really useful and have really sped up shipping in the last few decades, and space needs more of them! Soren's can be stacked (...)   Re: NXT retail or education version - which are you going to buy and why?

(...) Another important feature of the education version is the 3 RCX converter cables. But AFAIK, you can only pre-order from the lego retail store. So thats the one I'm going to get. If I could wait, I'd get the education version. As it is, I'm (...) (20 years ago, 31-Mar-06, to lugnet.robotics)

Re: Why I still like lugnet

(...) Lugnet is my first stop every week day morning as it has been for 8 years or so. I read it every work day and participate when I can. Though I might not always have time to comment on creations, I do check them out and get inspired by them. I (...) (20 years ago, 31-Mar-06, to lugnet.people)

  Why I still like lugnet

Just thought I need to say that I still like Lugnet a lot no matter how much Eric and the anti-trolls tick me off. My experience is no better or worse than it used to be although there are less cool creations due to the exodus of space and castle (...) (20 years ago, 31-Mar-06, to lugnet.people)

(...) Why is it always implied that newer members are largely to blame for LUGNET's decline? It seems to me that more often than not, newer members are even more uncomfortable here than you vetrans. LUGNET more than any other LEGO fan site, seems to (...) (20 years ago, 31-Mar-06, to lugnet.people, FTX)

For the record, I'm independent, reasonably polite, and perfectly capable of healthy social interaction - I just don't see Eric as a fit person to waste it on. And yes, I have done (...)   Re: 9v Train status report.

(...) Everything I have read indicates that the "hobby train" IS Lego Train Factory. Lego is focusing in-house train set development on their "play train" line. "Hobby train" set development is being left to us, the fans, using Lego Train Factory. (...) (20 years ago, 31-Mar-06, to lugnet.trains)

(...) Thank you, Eric, for jumping into this and taking charge. I feel I have to be missing something, but, Lego is announcing plans for the hobby train (based on 9V) in August 06 & then deciding whether to continue 9V or not in early 07? They are (...)
