I hate waiting. I don't have much info about the status of the Mindstorms Developer Program, however I will say they are still in the final phases of selecting the "Lucky 100". Unfortunately, I doubt TLG will post a list of the people that were (...) (20 years ago, 9-Feb-06, to lugnet.robotics)
