  Hermann Marwede's Seenotrettungskreuzer

Do you ever say to yourself "Self, there's just not enough traffic in .boats!"? Well, neither do I, but I just wanted to say whoever Hermann Marwede is, (URL) this ship> is really amazing. Warning, very large pictures. (URL) And speaking of (...) (20 years ago, 8-Feb-06, to lugnet.boats, FTX)

Mindstorms NXT on NPR radio program The World

Hey all, I just caught the very end of an interview with what I believe was the author of the Wired article on Mindstorms NXT on the NPR program The World. And another, this one could be called "After..." (URL) area light to get fuzzy shadows, a little fog to soften the horizon edge (and make the sky a bit more polluted). Model modified with MLCad. (20 years ago, 8-Feb-06, to lugnet.cad.ray)

Re: Window size in train engine

(...) I think he was talking about the windows down the side. You also can't turn crocodile ends upside down as they are full-height pieces. However, it does look like there's a green train windscreen on the crane truck you could invert. For windows (...) (20 years ago, 8-Feb-06, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.build.arch)

  New Arizona Resident and Builder

Hi all. I just moved to Chandler from New York State. I would very much like to join your effort to start a LTC/LUG here in the Phoenix area. I am a former member of WamaLTC, WAMALUG, and LUCNY. Plenty of experiance with train shows. Trains are my (...) (20 years ago, 8-Feb-06, to lugnet.loc.us.az, FTX)

Re: Discussion on ALL Of The Iron Mechas

(...) Thanks! I like the description 'clean'. (...) I think judgement should be reserved on that point until I've built a few more! (20 years ago, 8-Feb-06, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Discussion on ALL Of The Iron Mechas v2

List Version 2 I am sure that there are still mistakes but I promised to make a cleaner version of my list… 1.   Re: Interesting Maersk Tidbit

Wonder what this will do to values on 1831 Maersk truck/container kits. I have a few original Maersk only ones, of course more valuable once they renamed themselves, but maybe worthless now since they will have to re-release them again. Maersk (...) (20 years ago, 8-Feb-06, to lugnet.promo)

Re: Spybotic control of train speed regulator

Re: MOC: Working solar powered rover and geiger counter

  Window size in train engine

Hi all! I am working on a new engine (TE116), and need some windows for the motor section. Plane windows are fine, but I'd like some rounded windows, which are a bit wider than high. I have been thinking about SNOT, turning them 90 degreed, but they (...) (20 years ago, 8-Feb-06, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.build.arch)
