(20 years ago, 30-Nov-05, to lugnet.org.it.itlug)

(...) If it were me, I'd destroy one small LEGO 9v wire. Cut the wire in half, and splice in a long segment of speaker wire. That would look better than a short layout, or the battery-powered train. Steve (20 years ago, 30-Nov-05, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.nqc)

I imagine that if I were to ever design a robot's functions on paper first, I'd probably use a finite state machine, since FSMs map to events pretty well. The robot's functions would have to be complex enough to make it worth it, though. For code, (...) (20 years ago, 30-Nov-05, to lugnet.robotics, FTX)

I thought about suggesting that, but unless you skip the polygons around the outside of the blade, (and put them into a higher-level "full blade" sub-part), this will add new polygons, since the polygons around the outside of the blade span (...) Hi Chris, No kidding, that aspect ratio is a hard nut to crack for a train club. It took me a while to get my head around how to approach it. I would have liked to have a christmas tree in there, but the muse didn't call on me that night. It also (...) (20 years ago, 30-Nov-05, to lugnet.trains, FTX)
