Re: Help me convert this train program to use events (NQC)

(...) If the rcx is on the train why not mount touch sensors on the underside looking down. You could then attach small ramps to the track which would trigger the sensor. If you put the sensors on a spring loaded mounting you shouldn't have problems (...) (20 years ago, 28-Nov-05, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.nqc, FTX)

  Re: Mindstorms on Slashdot

(...) No - I don't think so. Redesigning Mindstorms would be a fairly major R&D cost that an ailing company could ill afford. However, what they COULD have done for almost zero cost would have been to come out with more Mindstorms sets using (...) (20 years ago, 28-Nov-05, to lugnet.robotics)

  4 x 4 x 4 cubes

G'day all, Whilst watching the Matt Damon Bourne movies recently, I began turning over in my mind if it was at all possible to create perfect cubes using LEGO.   Help me convert this train program to use events (NQC)

For Christmas I'm setting up a LEGO train on top of a narrow wall, so it has to operate like a shuttle -- stop at each end and reverse motor direction.
