Re: Droid Developer Kit is here

(...) For what it's worth, the Clock on my web page uses one output and one input. I guess it's the most "useful" of my creations. :) TLG could have added an alarm clock mode to the Micro Scout in which a black/white disk rotating near the light (...) (25 years ago, 7-Aug-99, to lugnet.robotics)

Bring me the head of Timmy the Stable Boy!

Odd as it may seem, I only have a single Timmy. And he's not even really a Timmy, because he doesn't have the big "T" on his torso - he's from a Freestyle bucket, I think. Currently, he's spending time as the fresh-faced cabin boy aboard the Red (...) (25 years ago, 7-Aug-99, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

  Re: Darth Vader at K-mart

(...) Yes these are difficult. I actually spent about 45 min counting the Yoda in Target, then I re-counted on a different day and was off by 2 bricks. So I put in about 4 guesses for each number within 20 bricks. I was around 570 pcs...the actual (...) (25 years ago, 7-Aug-99, to lugnet.general)

RE: Droid Developer Kit is here

To see how you can combine your RCX with the Droid Developers kit, go to (URL) navigate to the Droid Developers Kit page. Scroll down to "Combine your worlds". (...) Nothing personal, but could someone clue in a new person and point me to the Glossary where these TLAs are defined? Larry, where and/or what is LIC MoA? Thus endeth the editorial sermon :-) Paul Sinasohn (25 years ago, 7-Aug-99, to lugnet.general)

  Re: wireless communication to RCX

See, what i was thinking for wireless communication was accually something more or less like a small adapter or something you would put infront of the tower then the RCX. basically it would convert the IR to radio then from Radio to IR. I've been (...) (25 years ago, 6-Aug-99, to lugnet.robotics)

Re: Bulk Ordering - Secrets Revealed.

Well, the mindstorm site claimed you can hook your RCX up to the A2 unit. I'm wondering if the P Program just lets the RCX tell the scout unit to do something via IR burst. KGB AgEnT #4 OUT AKA Clint Rutkas -- Did you check the web site first?: (URL) (25 years ago, 6-Aug-99, to lugnet.robotics)
