  Re: KCCUSA Summer Block Party

(...) Great job guys! Therrrre GREAT! (Sorry, couldn't resist!) Excellent job everybody. My favorite being Tony the Tigers head. Really captured the essence and look perfectly. Cool to see such high caliber work coming from others out there! So what (...) (21 years ago, 14-Jun-05, to lugnet.events, FTX)

  Re: Cliffton Castle

(...) A lot of pics I know... but I found it frustrating to capture 'being there'... It definately looks better in person but you could say the same of many MOCs. Incidently, you replying makes me consider the greatness of Lugnet... 3 years ago I (...) (21 years ago, 14-Jun-05, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.pirates, FTX)

  Re: Cliffton Castle

(...) Thanks! Funny you would want to ruin it with a ship (LOL). I considerd this for a while but it would have to be very small so as not to dwarf the dock and I am not as skilled as 'some' in that department... Thanks again and God Bless, Nathan (21 years ago, 14-Jun-05, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.pirates, FTX)

  Re: White vs Gray?

(...) Good to see you back (even briefly)... You were one of the first to welcome me aboard! This does raise a really interesting point! I know some castles in England and Ireland have surviving sketches that aren't multi-coloured... but these may (...) (21 years ago, 14-Jun-05, to lugnet.castle)

  Slightly off-topic

I posted this to marketing but hate not to mention it here as well. The 8416 Forklift and 8421 Crane are on the USA TRU/Amazon website now. Do a search for Lego Technic as they don't seem to be found by set # yet. I ordered the crane, it should (...) (21 years ago, 14-Jun-05, to lugnet.technic)

8421 and my evening with it...

(URL) first off, the box is huge. I think that's the second biggest LEGO box I've ever owned, next to the space monorail (6990, if I recall). Anyway, I get it home (thankfully it didn't stay in Calum's trunk) and I waited (gasp!) like a whole two (...) (21 years ago, 14-Jun-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

Re: Base Espacial / Space base

(...) Parabéns Como sempre, consegues incluir imensos pormenores em coisas que até poderiam ficar vazias! Tornam os MOCs muito mais interessantes.   New Technic sets at TRU/Amazon USA website

8416 Forklift, 8420 Street Bike and 8421 Mobile Crane are now on Toysrus/Amazon website. You need to search for "Lego Technic" as they don't seem to appear by set # yet. I think they became available sometime yesterday. Probably means the forklift (...) (21 years ago, 14-Jun-05, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  Re: Armitage Hotel

I'd go with a roof sign for now. Maybe you could even put some real lighted bricks on it! BTW.. love the hotel. Hope to see it in person soon. John (21 years ago, 14-Jun-05, to lugnet.town, FTX)

Re: MAN Midibus in city scale with opening doors

(...) Luca, the bus looks great, I think I'll try making one. I'm reposting to .trains as well. It's not a train, but it would go nicely withe a town layout, and the mirrior and door technique could be usefel for some types of train.   Re: MOC: Gunther Mech and Landing Platform

That is so cool. The feet and the way you made all the joints is nice and compact. I like how you build little landing pad/stations for your Mechs. very cool. Wow, this is fun. e (21 years ago, 14-Jun-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space)
