  Re: BlueTooth bad, Zigbee good

(...) Anytime you have something listening for signals to wake up on, it will consume power. Even at 5 or 10 mA, you'll run through a standard AA battery pretty quickly - never mind coin cells. (...) When it came out, it was pretty cutting edge - in (...) (21 years ago, 1-Jun-05, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: A french BB 62400

(...) I found a couple of pictures from above: (2 URLs) The 2nd picture shows the new french livery with lightgray, darkgray and red with yellow fronts. This yellow is brighter than the dutch yellow.   Re: 100,000 Views!!! I'm Throwing a Party on LUGNET

Eric, there are a few people who's creations I dare not look at directly because they are so complicated, so unfathomable, I fear I may go mad just contemplating them. You are at the top of the this list. Many things can be done with LEGO, which is (...) (21 years ago, 1-Jun-05, to lugnet.fun.party)

BlueTooth bad: vendors crippling BT phones

(URL) much for the "use your BT phone as a modem with your BT PC or PDA". BT had a lot of hype for a long time but IMHO it's been killed for "small" users but such nonsense as the above, and the lack of affordable development tools. BT vendors (...) (21 years ago, 1-Jun-05, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: Brickshelf going away???

My comments for now: ALE - it is not here - (URL) idea what ALE is, I do know what a AFOL is. How about a free account with a certain amount of free pictures? That way one can have some few pictures there, and sort them if one wants to keep the (...) (21 years ago, 1-Jun-05, to lugnet.general)

Hello - I won't be able to make next meeting

Hello All, haven't heard anything about the next meeting, but I am not available until my wife finishes her parenting class at the end of June. How are things going with the Library exhibit?   Re: LEGO® is near an agreement to sell its LEGOLAND theme parks

In lugnet.mediawatch, Larry Pieniazek wrote: Snip (...) I think it could be extremely shrewd. The parks will always have to rely on the company for bricks and sets to sell.   Re: Space! at BrickFest 2005

  BlueTooth bad, Zigbee good

Re: What's the status of LEGO 48x48 mosaics?

Re: Red SW III Jedi Starfighter?
