  Path Problems

Hi. I'm running Brickos on Win98 and I'm having path problems. BrickOS works, but I'd like to use the BricxCC IDE. I need to set the path, though. I have already set the path in the past, and it was no prblem at all, but I've recently had my PC (...) (21 years ago, 29-Apr-05, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.legos)

  Re: The Shrike

You should try to rebuild these with more recent parts and color strategy. I think that these would have went over well 5-6 years ago. If you were to retain the shape and functionality of both MOCs with a rebuild of recent parts I think these could (...) (21 years ago, 29-Apr-05, to lugnet.space)

  Support contact address

Does anyone have an address to write to Lego about general enquires in the UK, as it seems the Rustin Road, Wrexham, Clywd offices have been taken over by the local council :) Peter (21 years ago, 29-Apr-05, to lugnet.loc.uk)

Re: txt2dat - Create LDraw files from text

(...) Err... yeah, lsynth. That's why I couldn't find it. So now that I found it it looks a bit more than 10 lines. Oops. Anyhow, substitute txt2dat for lsynth, make a few little additions and ya get a cheesy GUI for txt2dat that sorta works. Enjoy, (...) (21 years ago, 29-Apr-05, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  Re: Spider Tank

(...) Hello Kyle. Fantastic job on the Spider Tank. I saw it on GITS SAC myself and always wanted to see something like it made of Lego. You have done this for me and I thank you very much!   Re: My Kingdom

(...) Hmm, now where have I seen transparent technic beams. I hope certain friends in the OC aren't listening. :-) Derek (21 years ago, 29-Apr-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: My Kingdom

(...) Well, that's what I meant in that I think the hopper guy has it harder...a lot of the colours don't have corresponding elements, so he's "cheated". Dave only needs those Technic beams...and I guess turntables. Calum (21 years ago, 29-Apr-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

(...) On it! Well, not exactly that, but I'm getting the 1 x 16 dark blue, and some lime, and some other 'off colours' and seeing what I can do... maybe it'll be the 'rainbow 948', but I've been told that calling it that implies other things...   Re: My Kingdom

(...) That's very true. I mean David is already cheating on things like the turn tables for the steering. He could use an inconspicuous colour like lime green 1x2 technic bricks. The next step is build one with no two pieces the same colour. Derek (21 years ago, 29-Apr-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)
