Re: LEGO Australia Warehouse Clearance Sale

(...) How reliable is your friend as an inside source ? (...) Have you confirmed the sale yet? Do you have that list ? Sorry to be a pain. I couldn't handle the rejection if they told me they knew nothing about a sale ? Steve (21 years ago, 20-Apr-05, to lugnet.loc.au)

  Re: Religious Fish! LEGO survey...

(...) Not at this time. (...) Because I am afraid that IMHO the themes are too specific and not enough of the Basic type brick/plate system functionality that brought me into the Lego world exists today. Plus let's face it - even Lego can not (...) (21 years ago, 19-Apr-05, to lugnet.general, lugnet.lego, FTX)

  Re: Holy Mackerel! LEGO survey...

(...) I actually did get a chance to fill out the survey, but I found myself itching to post on some of this anyway. (...) Yep! Of course, it depends on the child, but in general I think it fits most kids. (...) 1) Being an AFOL, I of course have to (...) (21 years ago, 19-Apr-05, to lugnet.general, lugnet.lego)

  Re: Kogeru

(...) I like the bulkiness. It looks a bit lumbering but isn't that the "big and mean" standard? Also like the slope usage on the front. And for some damn reason I just love the blood red/yellow combo! So shoot me but I'm really diggin it! Wierd (...) (21 years ago, 19-Apr-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Omicron Civilian Space Liner

Overall very nice, but I think the engines need some work to live up to the rest of the ship. Other people mentioned the landing gear and I have to agree. It'd suck for that to fall over and break : ) -JSM (...) (21 years ago, 19-Apr-05, to lugnet.space)

  Re: OSS Audrey

I love the shape. I think the engine needs more detail though. I'm not sure if I like the color scheme, It almost needs to be all black (...) (21 years ago, 19-Apr-05, to lugnet.space)

  Re: OSS Audrey

Um, I do not know where to start... I am stunned. This is a beautiful piece of work. What I like the most is that you maintain a Lego block like shape without allowing it to detract from the smoothness of the design in any way. And the interior (...)   Re: Omicron Civilian Space Liner

Overall I think it is a very nice MOC. I love the passenger windows and the overhead baggage compartments and all the other little details. After some thought though I do have some reservation with respect to the landing gear and the cockpit. The (...) (21 years ago, 19-Apr-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Peeron Question

(...) Yes, that counts patterned parts. A quick check shows there's about 5500 unique parts (thought that's a rough number, I'm sure some patterned parts were counted there). (21 years ago, 19-Apr-05, to lugnet.inv)

  Re: Alpha

  Re: WR02-ZRX1 Skin Build

Bryce, I'm glad Scott replied. I also honestly don't understand why some people think my stuff all looks the same. I just want to talk about it, not be an ass. e (21 years ago, 19-Apr-05, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Well I guess I'll hop in here as I'm tired of all the negative crap surrounding .mecha... (...) Appearantly Eric didn't read that part :-) (...)
