The FIRST LEGO League Championships will be from April 21-23, 2005, at the
Georgia World Congress Center, located in Atlanta, GA.
FIRST is thrilled to announce that it will host the FIRST LEGO League NO LIMITS
World Festival in conjunction with the FIRST Robotics Competition Championship
in Atlanta, Georgia at the Georgia Dome and Georgia World Congress Center, April
21 - 23, 2005.
FLL will host 74 teams from 20 countries. Teams will participate in a 2½ day
tournament celebration of their robotic and research accomplishments. This
years theme, No Limits, challenges the children to simulate the experiences of
normal daily living activities that individuals with physical limitations face
each day.
Also, for the first time, FLL will be demonstrating JFLL--the Junior First LEGO
League, designed for children ages 6-9

Who Is Coming to the Event?
74 Teams from Austria, Brazil, Canada, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Israel,
Japan, Mexico, Norway, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Sweden,
Switzerland, The Netherlands, Turkey, United Kingdom, and the United States will
attend as well as coaches, FLL Operational Partners, parents, corporate and
local sponsors, international visitors, volunteers and spectators from the
Atlanta area.

The event is open to the public (according to the GWCC website).
-The LEGO Outlet in Atlanta will have a Kiosk in the FLL Pit Area, where you can
purchase the new 4888 Ocean Odyssey set for 44.95 (Portion of the proceeds go to
fund FIRST).
-Members of DixieLUG and NGLTC will be presenting MOCS, as will the first public
showing of the LEGO-scaled model of the Cincinnati Union Terminal
