Re: GMLTC at the NMRA National Convention

I just wanted to tip my hat off to all of you that did a simply stupendous and awesome job on the convention, I have been truly inspired! This goes way beyond anything I could have imagined! I have a few comments: Did TLG (LG) ever help you in terms (...) (25 years ago, 2-Aug-99, to lugnet.trains)

Re: Is it an auction or not? (was: WTB Train Parts)

(...) Let me think about it. I'm setting up for a parts sale (hopefully will be posted tonight), and then I've *got* to polish off another update to LDao. Then maybe I can think about learning how to work the web. Steve "How do you spell Java?" (...) (25 years ago, 2-Aug-99, to lugnet.market.theory)

  Re: Walmart sale

(...) Hmm. I'll have to go look again. If the jungle sets come down to a sort of reasonable price, I might buy some. Steve (25 years ago, 2-Aug-99, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  Re: Why 5 to 6?

(...) It was the statement where you were expounding on the many wise decisions LEGO made while designing/revising/perfecting the brick system. You mentioned the "mystical 5:6 ratio". Steve (25 years ago, 2-Aug-99, to lugnet.general)

  what set is this from?

Hi all! I've got several small gray technic pieces; one half of it looks just like the teachnic-beam end of a gray 2-long technic peg. The other end is a small round ball, used presumably for hitches or something. Does anybody know what set(s) this (...) (25 years ago, 2-Aug-99, to lugnet.general)

  Re: Don't want your Mindstorms?

Re: problem with the fire logo pieces...

(...) My mistake then. Of course, it was logical to infer from the wording in your post that you had created them. Sorry for the misunderstanding and the jab anyway. --Todd p.s. Thanks BTW for using > characters to quote relevant content! :) (25 years ago, 2-Aug-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)
