Thanks to my summer birthday and my dear mother-in-law, my new 8448 came this
morning. Not only that, but I'm on vacation and my husband and kids are out
for the day. I'm having a great time building it. I can't possibly describe
the front suspension or draw it, but it's complex and fairly realistic as far
as I know. (But I haven't actually worked on a REAL front suspension since my
79 toyota bit the dust in about 1990!) The thing is LARGE! I just rebuilt the
technic space shuttle so I have some basis for comparison, and it seems about
equally complex. One thing I hope will come clear to me....with no motor, what
effect will shifting gears actually have? Karen
