another hillside moc in the italian countryside, this villa represents building through the ages. the varied roof lines *might* bring to mind various outbuildings that were brought together under one roof, so to speak. this roof design was inspired (...) Pictures should be forthcoming in a few days of my first official MOC, the überCrawler. This is a 2 RCX, 6 motor beast that turns by raising itself via a two-motor winch. Does anybody have diagrams, pictures, etc., regarding a "one-way" gearbox? This would have ideally one input and one output shaft, and the output shaft would turn the same direction no matter which direction the input was turned. Like a rectifier (...) (21 years ago, 9-Apr-05, to lugnet.robotics)

Is the idea of a GPS sensor compatible to the sensor ports an absurd idea? I have a few old Garmin units, with RS232 ports on them. I know of people who have incorporated these units successfully into "real" robots, but that usually involves heavy (...) (21 years ago, 7-Apr-05, to lugnet.robotics)

Indeed! Impressive use of many decorated tiles, yet none of them overwhelm the overall composition. I really like the way you've got gaps separating modules of the ship. That's a very groovy design aspect I'll have to remember/steal/borrow! The only (...) (21 years ago, 9-Apr-05, to lugnet.space)

Hey Marco, Very nice! I love how you used the 1x2 plate with rods (Classic Space guns to me!) to add detail to the knee joints.
