  mindstorms on kbkids.com?

Anyone seen proof of the mindstorm sale on kbkids.com? I can not find any sign of the mindstorm product, much less a special on them. -- Did you check the web site first?: (URL) (25 years ago, 30-Jul-99, to lugnet.robotics)

(...) little brother and I made some Megaman characters a few months ago, but we didn't get into painting or customizing beyond making a yellow scarf for Proto Man. My favorite was Wood Man. We gave him a barrel for his chest. Josh Spaulding (URL) (25 years ago, 30-Jul-99, to lugnet.build)

Re: Locating your position with the help of fixed beacons (was Re: A RCX 'Beacon')

There are two corrections I have to make to this. The first is, probably pretty obvious but, the room has to be rather dark for it to work. Otherwise, the RCX won't see your light blinking because the room light will drown it out. The other (...) (25 years ago, 30-Jul-99, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: New LEGO groups?

(...) lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf-north might be in order here. While there's traffic on .sf, it's not jammed with posts, and its subgroups .oak and .sj are even less busy, and often contain posts redundant to .sf itself. The Eureka loc group has had only (...)   Re: MindFest

I just have to say, I love the motif image on those pages. I had to go get a 24t gear just to see if the silhouette really does look like two kids joining hands. That is so cool. To me, that gear has been the defining element of Technic. But I never (...) (25 years ago, 30-Jul-99, to lugnet.robotics)
