Re: My God, it's full of stars.

(...) snip (...) It looks magnificent. The two-toned radar dish is actually an improvement on the original, I think. (...) That .wmv is eerie. How beautiful! Does it make noise when it turns? And do you have any images of the two ships side by side? (...) (21 years ago, 17-Feb-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Velociraptor

Well I got a sick bug again, which means, build time! Oh wait, and rest. Yeah. So I thought I'd have some fun and make a nice easy ridgid mech: (URL) It's called, Velociraptor. Kind of tall, kind of angular and mean looking, the green reminds me of (...) (21 years ago, 17-Feb-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.space, FTX) !!

Re: Meet my son, and his creations

(...) snipity (...) snip snip (...) I really like the kangaroo and joey. I think it shows good imaginative use of lego! It also shows a good ability to form abstract shapes. :) -Alfred (21 years ago, 17-Feb-05, to lugnet.general, FTX)

Re: Snotcycle / Fusion Drive prototype vehicle

(...) George, Thanks for the advice and the welcome. The plates on the side were an afterthought basically because I couldn't come up with anything cool looking enough. Seeing all the models posted here on lugnet and browsing brickshelf has been (...) (21 years ago, 17-Feb-05, to lugnet.space)

  Re: The Sweetpea

Carla ruined you Jon. Sure it's a cool Moc and all, but you've started down the dark path. Come back to the light Carol-Ann....no, wait...Step away from the light Carol-Ann. -Keith (21 years ago, 17-Feb-05, to lugnet.space)

Re: My God, it's full of stars.

This was so cool, that I stood next to it on public day at BF 04' and claimed it was mine. That is what happens when you leave your MOC unattended. Hope you don't mind. -Keith (21 years ago, 17-Feb-05, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Definition of "micro"

(...) Forgive my late reply, but I've been offline for quite a while... "Stickfig" is a term I coined for the scale where a person is depicted by a 1x1 cylinder with a couple of 1x1 round plates on top. It's a "stick figure" representation of a (...)   Re: Winter's New Direction: Study 17

(...) A new direction indeed. Freaking amazing, Adrian, you've somehow outdone youself. The only thing missing is California grid-lock. -Keith (21 years ago, 17-Feb-05, to lugnet.build, FTX)

  Re: Announcing: SWELUG 7

(...) Okay grabbar. (21 years ago, 17-Feb-05, to lugnet.loc.se)

Re: Frank's first LEGO train set has been a 111

  Re: Inventory Liquidation

Re: Snotcycle - spacecraft built on a one-piece motorcycle

(...) Kevin, Welcome back out of the dark ages! This reminds me somewhat of a GoldWing or Pacific Coast, in motorcycle terms. Making odd wide vehicles is hard, it's tough to get the symmetry right. It does look a little clunky and square though, (...) (21 years ago, 17-Feb-05, to lugnet.space, lugnet.town)

  Re: Kalate OmniDroid

(...) Thanks. This was planned and a necessity. I wanted to get a start with Mechs but I figured that a humanoid would be too challenging for the first build so I tried to go in a new direction.   Re: Frank's first LEGO train set has been a 111

Re: My first fully functioning GBC...

(...) Thoughts: -rtl20. Go to a "virtualised" playfeild. As far as I know, we use the big plywood playfeilds to give us walls, right? So we can use touch sensors.
