  Re: 4 section boom

(...) Hi Vineet, A 4 section boom can be done as a simple extension of the same 3-boom system explained on Jennifer C's page. Imagine a 4th section on the left, enclosing the current diagram, and just copy the same pulley system from current (...) (21 years ago, 16-Jan-05, to lugnet.technic)

Re: sub-vi begin vs end control

(...) It is a leftover from LabVIEW. When you create a sub.vi, LabVIEW reuses the name of whatever is wired to the control/indicator. This behavior makes perfect sense in LabVIEW but much less so in Robolab. FWIW, the names are little more than (...) (21 years ago, 16-Jan-05, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.robolab, lugnet.robotics.rcx)

  Re: Moongrazer

It's pretty cool to see you do a comic-style project as well as you do your giant Gundams. Not too many builders can do that kind of variety! I really enjoyed the story, and this new take on your original concept. I particularly enjoyed the (...) (21 years ago, 16-Jan-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Earwig and the Flea

would you be interested in working offline with me on a (...) Are you talking about holding a teen only contest? I'm not sure if this is such a good idea. (...) So awesome. I love the noir-ish scifi feel. The Sixth-Sense-esque use of red, so creepy! I think you just killed Brickshelf with it, guess I got to read it just in time.   Re: teen FOLs: do we actually exist?

(...) Wonderful Idea Kevoh!!! A small addition to that: We should also allow dioramas too, and put a size limit on them so that teens with insane piece counts can't rule the roost.   Re: teen FOLs: do we actually exist?

(...) Yeah right. Easy for you to say. We need something which will encompass ALL themes. Teen builders lurking in all themes need to be woken.   sub-vi begin vs end control

  4 section boom

I understand how this works (using the chain to extend the third boom).
