  Re: beginnings of a mech

Some very cool hip technology there, being able to splay the hip turntables out. And the waist mechanisms are packed tightly in there - a lot of functionality in a small package. It would be good to mention as a mecha builder tip that when you build (...) (21 years ago, 15-Jan-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: new models 2005 (crane)

(...) We've seen it year after year. It's usually pictures taken from a dealer catalog or a toy show and show a preliminary design that is usually very close to what you can buy a few months later. Lego tries to keep it confidential but since there (...) (21 years ago, 15-Jan-05, to lugnet.technic)

Re: Restart of LDA Project (using LDraw models - L3P - POV)

(...) I have no idea. Anton always include the ini with the pov file, so perhaps whatever tools come from this can just auto create the ini file as well. (...) Hey! Cool! I know the syntax alone wont be much good. If there aren't tools that use it, (...) (21 years ago, 15-Jan-05, to lugnet.cad.ray, lugnet.animation, lugnet.cad.dev)

  Re: new models 2005 (crane)

(...) My question is this. Why would previews that are factual be on Brickshelf at all? If they really are from somebody at LEGO, wouldn't they be on a site where not just anybody can post pics of whatever LEGO stuff they want? And don't you think (...) Cool. We'll see you guys at the meeting. Seems like it's been ages. Hey Bryce, whatever happened to that vehicle bay mock-up I gave you? Remember back when I was building Dragonstar, I gave you a mock up of a small vehicle bay that would go on the (...) (21 years ago, 15-Jan-05, to lugnet.org.us.lugola)

Re: MOC: Egglift, a Lego Appliance to cook soft-boiled eggs

(...) The range of the Lego temperature Sensor is -20o C to 70 o C. You can see one reading below. As you can see, I'm almost off limit. (URL) (...) From my test, definitely the sensor would go off range first. Probably that's the reason why TLC (...) (21 years ago, 15-Jan-05, to lugnet.robotics, FTX)
