  Re: Anyone know Redjack Ryan?

(...) Thanks! (...) Thanks for the info, and welcome! (...) Excellent! (...) Sounds good. I was actually planning Big Muskie when I got sidetracked to build the cc2800. Oh well, one day I might go back to it, but the walking system was giving me (...) (21 years ago, 11-Jan-05, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: Software installation problems

Who the hell comes up with these rules? So, I have now cleared a small section of my to be cleared up and sorted "desk."   Re: GR-Destroyer

(...) Thanks. It's 30 inches tall, not quite three feet, but on the minifig scale that's about 110 feet tall, coincidentally the same conjectured height as the Colossus of Rhodes, a virtual minifig tourist attraction, when it isn't on a destructive (...)   Re: GR-Destroyer

(...) I tried but my camera couldn't quite manage it, not enough light. The eye, um, aperture, sort of glows red, but you can only see it in the dark. K (21 years ago, 11-Jan-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Anyone know Redjack Ryan?

(...) *de-lurks* Hi, and thanks for the comments, Ross. Your cc2800 is awesome, as are your micro-scale models :). I built the model by working on it every weekend starting in September-December of 2003 while in my economy single dorm room. I (...) (21 years ago, 11-Jan-05, to lugnet.technic)

Re: Eastern Block - Support Frigate Alyeska

(...) This has some really neat stuff going on. For some reason, it looks to me kinda like the upper bridge section for a really big ship. The dark grey greebling along the sides looks particularly good, and I love the random mix of printed tiles on (...) (21 years ago, 11-Jan-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Alienforcer (and Bug)

(...) I love the detailing for the engine, with the robot arms making a sort of ribcage along the sides. The gun on the preposterously-long and overly-articulated arm and the evil eye both add a great comic book quality as well. (...) The rear view (...)   Re: The Great Ball Contraption

(...) That's really not true. As a module builder, you can make all the turns you want. This one makes a whole bunch: (URL) you can't figure out how to put the output in the correct place, with respect to the input, that's not a problem with the (...) (21 years ago, 11-Jan-05, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: MOC: Taun-Taun

  Re: Technic tread links !!!!!!

(...) There are two kinds of Technic Lego fans- those that were smart enough to buy those bulldozer tracks when they were offered in the 1980's, and those who did not and are watching the other people have all the fun! Brain, Sweeeeet mecha! Nice to see you are at it again. That is one of the best I have ever seen. It even rivals the Gundams you have built. I have one question....How tall is that thing? CAUTION: THIS MAY RUIN YOUR DAY OR MAKE YOU VERY ANGRY AT ME AND CAUSE UNSETTLING FEELINGS etc...... Is it me or does it look like lego is getting cheap. I mean the only two sets that I would buy right away are the ARC-170 out of loyalty (and it (...) (21 years ago, 10-Jan-05, to lugnet.starwars)
