Hi Mark, (...) I would also like to see your diagrams. (...) Please use GIF or PNG, jpegs are not so good for diagrams. Jürgen (21 years ago, 23-Dec-04, to lugnet.robotics)

(...) <snip> (...) Really, thanks guys. I appreciate the support. This is the LEGO User Group NETwork, and this is why I'm here. Beyond that, for the 3+ (almost 4) decades of fun that TLC has provided by their product I had to say something. Here's (...) (21 years ago, 23-Dec-04, to lugnet.lego)

The Night Before the Night Before

As the snow falls silently by my window, and my children are outside building an "awesome" snow fort, I decided to share my simple little Lego plan with friends I have met through this hobby. Both of my boys each got me one copy of the Hockey (...) (21 years ago, 23-Dec-04, to lugnet.general, lugnet.loc.ca, lugnet.org.ca.parlugment, lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto) !

Re: Santa Fe El Capitan Hi-Level

(...) Thanks Samarth. That sounds like a clever idea. I don't expect to be working on any custom cars of my own in the near future so no need to snap any sneak preview pictures on my behalf. I can wait for you to post them publicly. I look forward (...) (21 years ago, 23-Dec-04, to lugnet.trains, FTX)

  RCX IR Transceiver Circuit

  Bulldozer Tracks

Does anyone know how to get 1200 bulldozer track links? Then I need 20 of the 40-toothed gears to put those on, and then 2 large pneumatic pistons. Am I up a creek without a paddle? Does bricklink have any? (21 years ago, 23-Dec-04, to lugnet.technic)

(...) Thanks for the 'heads up' Bryan--I just placed my order. I would've wanted to order more than I did, but I'm saving my money for the re-release of the Maersk ship--I'd love a few more of those as well. Again, thanks for the info! :) Dave K (21 years ago, 23-Dec-04, to lugnet.market.shopping)

Re: 4886 Building Bonanza available in North America!

(...) My take on it is that most of the parts are non-theme specific. Yes, I'm sure AFOLs are more aware of sales and hot deals and pay less per brick than a casual LEGO shopper (exception: those who just pick up 4496's at Wal-Mart; $14.88 for 1000 bricks is hard to beat). On the other hand, AFOLs but orders of (...) (21 years ago, 23-Dec-04, to lugnet.lego)
