(...) TrackDesigner has a (somewhat limited though) zoom function. And it's biggest plus : it will work under Linux (and probably MacOS X) using WINE, which is definately not the case for TrackDraw :( (21 years ago, 28-Nov-04, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: Baltimore Battle Monument

Snip. Very nice work, Mark. I have in general been impressed with the number and quality of AFOL entries in this, they're all very incredible! I'd consider giving it a try myself but I cannot get LDD to run on any of the computers in my house. (21 years ago, 28-Nov-04, to lugnet.build.microscale, FTX)

  rubber belts question

I have the rubber belts (the more "shiny" things, not the elastic bands) in blue, white and yellow. Is there a 1:1 relationship between the size and color of the belts? What sizes/colors do I not have any of? Where can I get some in that size/color? (21 years ago, 28-Nov-04, to lugnet.technic)

The Bricks and Blocks outlet in St Jacobs (Waterloo) had the metroliner for $99 as well. I haven't been there in the last month so they might be sold out of them by now.
