FYI Amazon/TRU has the 4679 bonus tube in stock now. In a small sample (3) - all of the ones I got were stamped "2714" by the bar code. I have plenty of "old-gray" bricks, and there will probably be plenty "old-gray" elements on bricklink for a long time to come, but my main issue is that elements introduced after the color-change (like the 3x12 wedge-plate) will (...) I think that the new "Trans Orange" was also reported as being present in the recent arctic alpha team sets. In fact, mabie that explains why Trans-Orange is not in the universal color list. Because they have dropped the classic transparent orange (...) (21 years ago, 23-Nov-04, to lugnet.color, lugnet.lego)
