Don't use them as heads ;^) Use them architecturally.
If you can use 1x1 cylinder bricks and 2x2 round bricks, you can use plain
minifig heads as columns in combo with other round elements.

| FYI Amazon/TRU has the 4679 bonus tube in stock now. In a small sample (3) - all of the ones I got were stamped "2714" by the bar code. These are the tubs with the assortment of "heads" (mostly black and brown though I've seen variations). IMHO, (...) (20 years ago, 23-Nov-04, to lugnet.market.shopping)
