Brikington Manor (or: How I Spent All My Money on Tiles) Finally!   Re: PersonAir

(...) Thanks Tony! Hmmm I think I know why it does not come as well as the Isetta : I couldn't integrate the engines in the ship's body as I could before. So they really look like they were added later, which they actually were, in a way... (...) Oh (...) (21 years ago, 9-Nov-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

About the Minifig Hall of Fame

I have received only one offer to take over Minifigville.com and the Minifig Hall of Fame. While the offer is interesting, it's not exactly what I had in mind, so I thought of anothe rpossibility. I would like to know if anyone is interested in (...) (21 years ago, 9-Nov-04, to lugnet.general)

  Re: TRU sale, Nov 6-19

Hi, I picked up the 8800+8799 combo pack today in Ottawa and it was $29.97 as well. In the store it was listed as $39.99 originally but on sale for $29.97, so I suspect every TRU may have this deal. Kevin (...) (21 years ago, 9-Nov-04, to lugnet.loc.ca)

Re: Anatomy of a Shop At Home group order

(...) Yes, good idea. :) (...) Do you mean that LEGO would do this? (...) I saw the idea of a full-blown group program as the last step, not the first. The first step would be seeing how customers would react to this. See my response to Scott's (...) (21 years ago, 9-Nov-04, to lugnet.market.shopping)

Re: Anatomy of a Shop At Home group order

(...) [My notes snipped... message was getting way too long.] :) (...) True. Since I'm not privy to any of LEGO's financial information all of my ideas and thoughts about this were pure speculation. However, it is clear to me that our $900 order was (...) (21 years ago, 9-Nov-04, to lugnet.market.shopping)
